Plot Summary:
The film revolves around Rajdeep Singh Dhaliwal, also known as Rocky Mental (Parmish Verma), a national-level boxing champion with his sights set on the Commonwealth Games in Australia. He is fiercely competitive and profoundly believes in his invincibility. His best friend, Preet (Dheeraj Kumar), is his constant support.
Rocky’s life takes a turn when he gets into a brawl with Maninder Shergill (Karanveer Khullar), the influential brother of a Punjab Cabinet Minister, after Rocky interacts with Maninder’s girlfriend, Ibadat (Tannu Kaur Gill). Despite the initial conflict, Rocky and Ibadat grow closer and eventually fall in love, further fueling Maninder’s jealousy and rage.
Consumed by envy, Maninder orchestrates a dangerous plot to destroy Rocky. This involves the tragic suicide of Preet and manipulating circumstances to frame Rocky for rape, with Ibadat unknowingly becoming a pawn in his game after a minor scuffle where Rocky punches her.
Devastated by Preet’s death and the false accusations, Rocky is attacked in the hospital by another athlete and Maninder’s henchman. His coach, Bariyam Singh Sekhon (Mahabir Bhullar), reveals the extent of Maninder’s conspiracy while Rocky is imprisoned.
As Ibadat learns the truth about Maninder’s deceit, she tries to help Rocky, but Maninder prevents her. A taunting encounter with Maninder in jail fuels Rocky’s anger, leading him to break out during a court hearing.
Rocky embarks on a path of revenge, brutally attacking Maninder’s allies. He learns that Preet was murdered on Maninder’s orders, not by suicide, and retaliates by killing the henchman and the athlete in the same manner Preet was killed.
The confrontation between Rocky and Maninder ends with Rocky overpowering Maninder’s men and burning Maninder alive. Seeking revenge for his brother’s death, the Minister kidnaps Ibadat. However, Rocky reaches her in time, killing the Minister but getting shot in the process.
The film concludes with Rocky secretly living in another country, unknown to his coach and Ibadat, leaving his fate ambiguous.
