Son of Sardaar (2012)

Son of Sardaar (2012) is a Hindi action-comedy that follows Jassi, a Punjabi man from London who returns to his ancestral village to sell land, only to find himself embroiled in a generations-old family feud with the powerful Sandhu family. Complicating matters, Jassi falls for Sukh, the sister of the Sandhu patriarch, Billu, and inadvertently becomes a guest in their home. Bound by the tradition of "Atithi Devo Bhava" (Guest is God), Billu and his family are unable to harm Jassi while he's under their roof, leading to a comedic and action-packed struggle as they try to get him outside to exact their revenge.
