Laxmikant–Pyarelal (Laxmikant Shantaram Kudalkar: 1937–1998; Pyarelal Ramprasad Sharma: born 1940) was a legendary Indian composer duo widely regarded as one of the most successful, prolific, and enduring music direction partnerships in the history of Bollywood cinema. Their iconic career spanned over four decades, during which they composed music for over 500 Hindi films.
